Anjali Mudra (Salutation Seal)
For performing Anjali Mudra, bring your hands together so that you can touch your palms together in front of the heart chakra. Then, close your eyes. Merits of Anjali Mudra are:

Sukhasana (Easy Pose)
To perform Sukhasana, you need to sit on the floor and fold your left leg until it touches your right thigh and then fold your right leg to touch your left thigh. Afterwards, sit straight and keep your hands on your knees and then focus on your breath. Benefits of Sukhasana are:
Opens your hips.
Lengthens your spine.
Relieves your stress.
Bitilasana (Cow Pose)
Proper alignment is necessary for performing Bitilasana so place your wrists directly under the shoulders and knees under the hips. After that, push your chest outward and then lean your head back.
Bitilasana helps in relieving stress, improving emotional balance and sharpening focus.
Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend)
In Paschimottanasana, you need to sit and bend to touch your forehead on your knees. Afterwards, touch your toes with your hands.
It relieves stress and anxiety and improves digestion. Paschimottanasana is little-bit challenging but it has additional benefits like it stretches the hamstrings, spine, and lower back.
Balasana (Child’s Pose)
Balasana helps in reducing the stress. In Balasana, just sit on your knees and bend forward to touch your forehead on the ground with the forward arms.
You will feel great after spending some couple of minutes after doing Balasana.
Savasana (Corpse Pose)
Savasana is a pose of total relaxation and very easy to do. In Savasana, you need to lay on your back with closed eyes and spread your arms. Then, relax for minimum 5 minutes after making your palms facing up and allowing your ankles to fall outward. Benefits of Savasana are:-
